This particular case is interesting by the fact that this lady actually had to leave her house because situation with coal was critical. She was hosted by some other people because she simply had nothing to heat up her house with. And now since she had coal delivered to her she can finally move back to her house. Tatyana Leonidovna, 83 y.o. Lived in an apartment of a 3 story-building. After the shelling of the first day of war in 2014 this house burned down completely together with all 18 apartments in this building. Then she moved to a house that she had to leave later because of the lack of fuel. She lives alone. Retirement payment is 1812 UAH (65$). She has sickness of joints. Barely moves.
